This is a great facility. It is very clean and secure. Due to it being climate controlled, I don't have to worry about my items. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Long gate hours make it easy to access my unit when it is convenient for me.

Highly recommend this storage facility, lowest prices on indoor and outdoor units, very clean, well maintained and secure, The Manager India is very helpful and friendly!

WOW! I have used storage facilities for my business for many years. This staff and facility are above and beyond any other! The units are immaculate, the access is easy and the management attentive and ready to always go the extra mile. They are simply hands down, the very best. If you are tired of anything less than great storage options-this is for you. Great prices and service.

I am an elderly woman been renting from princetown road storage for about 2 years now India has been extremely helpful with helping me upload my documents and anything else that I need because I'm not real good with technology. storage facility is clean management is easy to get in contact with and my stuff is safe, will recommend to anyone looking for storage great place

Its in a great location, completely fenced in and secure. Easy to access. I love how clean it is kept. There customer service is very polite and helpful. Highly recommend this storage company.

India is great!! Great customer service!!

Princetown storage is a reasonable storage facility. Any questions I need answered are responded to in a timely manner. The storage units appear clean. They try to accommodate the needs of their patrons.

I really like this storage facility. It's privately owned unlike the one that I came from. Because it's privately owned service was more personal and the prices were better! The facility is fairly new so the units are in very good shape. Also, the number one reason I moved from my other unit is because they put the responsibility of the tenant to shovel out their unit in the winter even though their plows push all the snow up against the doors. This establishment however, takes the time to clean out in front of every doorway. I would highly recommend this place

Great place! India is very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic pricing for the amount of space you get. Will definitely recommend!

Prices is reasonable, and the lady up front is polite and very professional. I recommend this place to everyone.

Over the years I’ve had a few storage units at several other local facilities, and I’ve enjoyed my experience at Princetown Rd storage much more than the other locations. Reasonable price, very clean, nice people. I like that everything is on camera & secure, which gives me peace of mind. Facility is well lit at night too which is a plus for stopping quick after work. India (the front desk girl) has been so helpful whenever I need anything. Don’t hesitate to use them!

Great customer service will work with you .

My experience with princetown storage is very professional and courteous (India)customer service. The storage units are clean and temperature controlled. I am able to make easy online payment. I feel my items are safe. The communication with the facility is great and they respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner. I highly recommend this storage facility!

Most affordable and well maintained storage facility in the area.

Very convenient clean modern building currently rent three units ease of accessibility good lighting everything suits my needs have referred to friends and family 😀

India is a wonderful, knowledgeable, accommodating person. When my family first inquired she did not have the size we thought we needed. She went out of her way to meet with us and help figure out measurements. She goes above and beyond. The facility is clean, with lights in the units, doors easily open and close, convenient online access to pay and review documents. Easy to get a hold of management. Great all around experience and I feel confident that what is stored is safe. Will recommend to anyone! Thank you India 😊

I previously had a storage unit with Prime Storage…for years…the unit there was smaller & was not climate controlled…but it cost more than double what I’m paying at Princetown Storage…the best thing about them was the Manager, Chris…he was a doll…but overall…Princetown is WAY better…my unit is indoors…so, I can access my belongings in any season, without concern of weather conditions…and India has been providing EXCELLENT customer service since I’ve had the unit…HIGHLY recommend this business!

Great management. The facility is kept up to great standards. The prices are very reasonable. I have recommended to 2 of my friends and we all have storage here.

Clean, easy to get in and out. Friendly staff.

I have a climate controlled unit and have had nothing but a positive experience. Always clean and well lit. I feel comfortable going there at night. Good security measures, too.

Great Location, super clean, attentive staff and easy access. Highly Recommend

Great facility! I only needed it short term between moves but they were more than accommodating. Manager even came out on a Sunday when they were closed to help me with my gate code.

Fantastic, brand new, clean units at an unbeleivable value. Staff is great. Couldn’t be happier.

Just moved in yesterday. Kevin was great. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. Great price, best in town. Very clean and seems safe. Need a code to get in. Normal access is 6am to 10pm, however you can get in after as long as it is pre arranged. Definitely recommended.

Great storage space. Super clean, convenient location and offered at a very competitive price. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a storage facility close to my current home. What a surprise! Princetown was less than 1/2 mile. It’s clean and modern. Keypad access and available 24/7. Kevin and Andrew were very accommodating. Great experience. Yes I secured a 10’x15’ and the price was very competitive. Love it!
