India is a wonderful, knowledgeable, accommodating person. When my family first inquired she did not have the size we thought we needed. She went out of her way to meet with us and help figure out measurements. She goes above and beyond. The facility is clean, with lights in the units, doors easily open and close, convenient online access to pay and review documents. Easy to get a hold of management. Great all around experience and I feel confident that what is stored is safe. Will recommend to anyone! Thank you India 😊

I previously had a storage unit with Prime Storage…for years…the unit there was smaller & was not climate controlled…but it cost more than double what I’m paying at Princetown Storage…the best thing about them was the Manager, Chris…he was a doll…but overall…Princetown is WAY better…my unit is indoors…so, I can access my belongings in any season, without concern of weather conditions…and India has been providing EXCELLENT customer service since I’ve had the unit…HIGHLY recommend this business!

Just moved in yesterday. Kevin was great. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. Great price, best in town. Very clean and seems safe. Need a code to get in. Normal access is 6am to 10pm, however you can get in after as long as it is pre arranged. Definitely recommended.

I was looking for a storage facility close to my current home. What a surprise! Princetown was less than 1/2 mile. It’s clean and modern. Keypad access and available 24/7. Kevin and Andrew were very accommodating. Great experience. Yes I secured a 10’x15’ and the price was very competitive. Love it!
